CHALLENGE
Many fitness applications include too many complex metrics and training features. This often discourages users who simply want to track progress and stay motivated. Our challenge was to design a product that feels powerful yet simple to use.
WHAT WE DID
We designed a clean mobile interface that emphasizes progress, achievements, and habit formation. The interface combines modern UX principles with energetic visual elements inspired by vintage sports culture.

Interactive prototypes
User motivation was a key design focus. Progress indicators and visual feedback systems were designed to encourage users to continue their routines and celebrate small milestones.
The final experience balances simplicity and engagement, creating a fitness product that feels approachable for beginners while still useful for experienced users.
WE WERE HAPPY TO SOLVE
We structured the experience around clear milestones and progress indicators. Instead of overwhelming users with data, the interface highlights achievements, daily streaks, and visual feedback that encourages continued participation. These elements create a sense of momentum and personal accomplishment.
The visual direction was inspired by vintage sports culture, incorporating bold typography and energetic color contrasts. This aesthetic reinforces the product’s personality while making the interface feel dynamic and motivating.
Through iterative testing and feedback, the experience evolved into a product that feels both playful and purposeful. Users are able to track workouts, monitor progress, and stay motivated without being distracted by unnecessary complexity.
